As you are well aware, it was very important I find a house rather quickly and something that my son could be comfortable and safe in. You succeeded. Not only have you sold me every house I have ever owned, but you found them for me too (three in total). Your knowledge of the business is remarkable and the fact that you don't mind explaining things to we laymen is a commendable trait. Although I hope to be in this new house for awhile, it is comforting to know that if I need to move again, all I have to do is call. | I met Denise a month after NOT resigning with my prior Realtor of six months. I didn't have tremendous activity and no bids. After meeting Denise, I took her advice to replace the carpeting in the bedrooms rather than offer a carpeting allowance. I listed my home in mid December and accepted an offer in January (Denise also found the Buyer). The closing went smoothly. Working with Denise is a pleasure, with good humor thrown in. Denise went on to sell me my condo,and later resell my condo and sell me my new home, my son's townhouse, my daughters house and found them their new home, sold my daughters stepsisters home and found them a new home. | I was introduced to Denise by my sister Sylvia who was assisted by Denise in purchasing her first home several years earlier. Denise is a blessing! I knew little about this real estate market and even less about the necessary steps needed to purchasing a home; the very first home for my son and I. I gave Denise a list of amenities-my "must have" list and a price range in which to stay within and she immediately went to work. She came up with several property specs and the journey was on. We did several walk throughs and attended some open houses. Denise and I became friends, she just knew what "looked like me" and ran with it!
